Hoi An

Hoi An belongs to the world cultural heritage and is with its well preserved old buildings and temples one of the highlights of a journey. There is a sightseeing pass that entitles you to visit individual temples, community centres and the oldest houses in the city. With this pass you can also cross the Japanese Bridge (only during daytime). This bridge connects the Japanese part of the city with the Chinese part. Hoi An was originally an important trading port, which prompted Chinese and Japanese traders to settle here and trade from here.
